Ploomies Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
The Spanish version of these Terms prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Who we are and what you accept
Ploomies (the "Game") is developed and published by 64 SOFTWARE TRAIN S.L. ("we", "us"):
- Tax ID (NIF): B56899636
- Registered office: Avda. Sor Teresa Prat, 15, Oficina 9, Polo Nacional de Contenidos Digitales, 29003 Málaga (Spain)
- Contact email: support@64train.com
By downloading the Game, creating an account or playing, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The terms of the store or platform where you got it (Google Play or Steam) also apply.
2. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are a minor, you need permission from your parent or guardian, who must have read these Terms and is responsible for any purchases you make.
3. Your account
- On Android you sign in with Google Play Games and on PC with Steam. You can link both accounts at ploomies.com/cuenta.
- You are responsible for what happens with your account. You may not sell, transfer or share it.
- Other players see your player name. It must not be offensive, discriminatory, sexual or impersonate someone else; if it is, we may change it or restrict your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the game (Settings › General › Delete my account) or at ploapi.64train.com/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and final: progress, items and coins are lost.
4. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Game for private, non-commercial purposes.
All Game content (characters, Bumpers, levels, music, text, logos and code) belongs to us or our licensors. Trademarks and characters from partners that appear in the Game belong to their owners.
You may record and stream your matches and monetise those videos, as long as you do not suggest they are official content from us.
5. Fair play rules
You may not:
- use cheats, bots, third-party programs or client modifications, or deliberately exploit bugs;
- manipulate matches, rankings, leagues or rewards;
- harass, insult or threaten other players;
- attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our servers, the match relay server or other people's accounts;
- decompile or reverse-engineer the Game, except to the extent the law expressly allows it.
If you break these rules, we may warn you, remove improperly obtained rewards, or suspend or close your account. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and a person will review the case.
6. Coins, gifts and virtual content
The Game has virtual coins, gifts, a Season Pass, characters, Bumpers, songs and other virtual items.
- How you get them. By playing or by watching optional ads. They cannot be bought with real money.
- Their value. They have no monetary value: they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other accounts or sold outside the Game.
- Gifts. Gifts in the Gift Shop contain a random prize. Before buying them you will see their rarity and the prizes still available. They are paid for only with in-game coins.
- What you unlock is a licence to use it within the Game, not property.
- Changes. We may adjust coin prices, rewards and content for game balance reasons.
7. "Remove ads" purchase
- The Android app is free and contains ads. The one-time "Remove ads" purchase removes the ads shown between matches. Optional ads to earn coins remain available if you want to watch them.
- The price is the one shown by Google Play in your country, taxes included.
- Google Play charges and handles the payment. Refunds are governed by Google Play's policy, without prejudice to your consumer rights.
- The purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored.
- Right of withdrawal: this is digital content supplied at the moment of purchase. By buying, you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 103(m) of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
8. Online service
The Game requires an internet connection and depends on our servers.
- We may update the Game, change or remove minigames or features, and carry out maintenance.
- We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
- If we decide to shut down the online service, we will announce it reasonably in advance within the Game.
9. Liability
We provide the Game "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits, nor for losses of virtual content caused by failures beyond our control.
Nothing above limits liability that cannot be excluded by law or your rights as a consumer, including damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. If the change is significant, we will let you know in the Game reasonably in advance. If you keep playing after it takes effect, you are deemed to accept the new Terms.
11. Governing law and complaints
- These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
- If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence and you keep the protection given to you by the law of your country of residence.
- Before making a claim, email us at support@64train.com: we will try to resolve it.
